Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to serve food and beverages to guests during banquets and other special events and responsible for all setup for the events.

Duties:
- Set up banquet tables and ensure they are properly arranged with linens, silverware, glassware, and other necessary items
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests
- Clear tables and clean up banquet areas after each event, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Banquet Staff or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Familiarity with catering practices and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate effectively with others
- Knowledge of coffee service is an advantage
- Understanding of food safety regulations
